Fresh off the bench: the newest FaridiaTech tools

This page is the shortcut to everything FaridiaTech has launched most recently. Every tool here also lives in its own category, the PDF converters sit with the PDF tools, the Medicare estimator sits with Health, but new arrivals are easy to miss in a catalogue this size, so each launch wave gets gathered here first, in one place, the week it lands.

The current wave is the biggest in a while. Two document converters headline it: the PDF to Excel Converter turns PDF tables into real spreadsheets, and OCR PDF makes scanned documents searchable. Alongside them are three calculators built for questions with deadlines, the Medicare 2027 Cost & IRMAA Estimator, the Trump Accounts Calculator and the Scientific Calculator, plus the recent visa photo and benefits wave: the DS-160 Photo Checker, the Social Security COLA Calculator and the ACA Subsidy Calculator.

New does not mean experimental. Every tool on this page follows the same standard as the older tools: its page shows its formula and a worked example, so you can check the answer yourself, the figures come from the official source (and say so when they are a projection), and the tool runs entirely in your browser, free, no account, and your files never leave your device.

Paperwork, converted: PDF to Excel and OCR PDF

The PDF to Excel Converter answers the most common PDF request of all: the table is trapped in a PDF and the numbers are needed in a spreadsheet. It reads the text layer, rebuilds rows and columns, detects real numbers (so prices and quantities arrive as values you can total, not text you have to retype) and writes a proper .xlsx file, one worksheet per page, or one combined sheet. Bank statements, price lists and reports are its home ground.

OCR PDF covers the PDFs that have no text layer at all, scans and photographed documents. It renders each page, recognises the text in your choice of six languages and rebuilds the PDF with an invisible text layer in exactly the right places, so the document looks identical to the scan but can be searched, copied and read aloud. A scanned invoice goes in as a picture and comes out as a document your archive, your email search and your screen reader can actually read.

Money questions with deadlines: Medicare, Trump Accounts, COLA and ACA

The Medicare 2027 Cost & IRMAA Estimator works out what Medicare will actually cost a household: the standard Part B premium, the income related IRMAA surcharges by tier, and the Part D add on, per month and per year. It is careful about its own figures, the 2027 Part B premium is labelled as the Medicare Trustees projection it is, and the brackets are the latest official SSA/CMS table, because an estimator that dresses a projection up as a fact is worse than no estimator.

The Trump Accounts Calculator models the new child savings accounts under the program rules as published: the $1,000 federal seed for children born from 2025 to 2028 (only once an account is opened. It does not fill itself), the $5,000-a-year combined contribution cap with employer contributions counted inside it, and growth to age 18 at your own assumed return. Next to it, the Social Security COLA Calculator applies the announced cost of living increase to a monthly benefit, and the ACA Subsidy Calculator estimates a marketplace premium credit from household income, two tools built for the same enrollment season.

Photos to spec, and a proper scientific calculator

The DS-160 Photo Checker closes the loop the DS-160 Photo Tool opened: instead of preparing a US visa photo, it audits one you already have, dimensions, format, file weight against the 240 KB ceiling, and the compression floor people trip over, and tells you in plain language what to fix and which tool fixes it. It sits on this page with the rest of the image wave: the Background Remover, Image Compressor, Image Resizer, HEIC to JPG Converter and Passport Photo Maker.

The Scientific Calculator is the anchor of the Math & Education shelf: a full keypad with trigonometry in degrees or radians, logarithms, powers, roots, factorials, memory and Ans, the calculator school and college work actually needs, evaluating expressions with proper order of operations instead of left to right button maths. Like everything here it stores nothing and phones nothing home; close the tab and the calculation is gone.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "new" tool on this page?

The most recent launch waves, right now that is fourteen tools: the five newest (PDF to Excel, OCR PDF, the Medicare & IRMAA estimator, the Trump Accounts Calculator and the Scientific Calculator), the visa photo and benefits wave before them, and the image tools wave. The list is refreshed with every release, so this page always shows the latest arrivals rather than the whole catalogue.

Why does a tool here also appear in another category?

Because new tools belong in two places at once: their proper home, where people browsing that subject expect them (the Medicare estimator under Health, the PDF converters under PDF Tools), and here, where people who simply want the latest tools look. It is one tool with one page, the listings are two doors into the same room.

Are the new tools free like the rest of the site?

Yes, every tool on this page is free with no account, no credits and no trial period, exactly like the older tools. They stay free for the same reason: the work happens in your browser, on your device, instead of on a server that charges per use.

How can I check a new tool's answer myself?

Every new tool page shows its formula and a worked example with real inputs, so you can check the answer yourself, the Medicare estimator's example shows its figures in full, the PDF to Excel example is a real converted table, and the Scientific Calculator's example uses answers you can verify against any standard maths reference. The figures come from the official sources named on the page, and every tool is free.

Do the new tools upload my files or data anywhere?

No. The PDF converters, the OCR tool and the photo tools process everything locally in your browser, there is no upload step. The calculators keep your figures in the page and store nothing. Two of the tools load their engines (an OCR library, an AI model) from a public CDN on first use; that is a download to your device, never an upload of your files.

Which of these tools is the newest?

The five at the top of this page are the latest wave: PDF to Excel and OCR PDF for documents, the Medicare 2027 Cost & IRMAA Estimator and the Trump Accounts Calculator for money, and the Scientific Calculator for maths. They are listed newest first, so the top of the grid is always the freshest tool on the site.
